Nzheal is committed to providing quality products and ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly. If there is any issue with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

Eligible return cases

  • Incorrect product, wrong item variant, or missing items in the order.
  • Products damaged, broken, or with packaging affected during shipping.

Return conditions

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Customers are required to provide photos or an unboxing video as evidence of the issue.
  • If no photos or videos are provided, Nzheal will not offer compensation or a refund if we have sufficient proof that the correct products and quantities were delivered.

Return process

  1. Contact our customer support team via Hotline +84 925 092 094 or Email wholesale@nzheal.co.nz / sp.nzheal@gmail.com and provide details of the issue.
  2. Send the product back to Nzheal for inspection.
  3. Once the issue has been verified, Nzheal will arrange a replacement or issue a refund within 7 business days.

Return shipping costs

  • Nzheal will cover the return shipping costs for products damaged during transit, incorrectly delivered orders, or missing items.
  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
